Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial support to the head of Engineering.
• Provide general administrative service to the engineering team, including calendar management and meeting support.
• Prepare routine correspondence and reports of the engineering team.
• Team building, event organization, and interview arrangement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Have a strong sense of ownership & result oriented;
• Highly conversant with MS Office;
